Configure account settings
Edit the name, company data, and address of an Azion account, and turn on social login or enforced MFA for every user, in Account Settings.
You can edit the data and the sign-in options of an Azion account in Account Settings, from Azion Console. Your own name, email, and password belong to your user, not to the account: they are on the page described in Your Settings.
Prerequisites
- Access to Azion Console. To sign in, refer to Access Azion Console.
- The full address of the account, because the Address Information section saves only with every field filled in.
Sections of Account Settings
Account Settings groups the account data in six sections:
| Section | Holds |
|---|---|
| General | Account Name, and the ID of the account. |
| Company Information | Company Name, Company ID, and Billing Emails. |
| Address Information | Postal Code, Country, State/Region, City, Address, and Apartment, floor, etc. |
| Login Settings | Allow Social Login and Enforce Multi-Factor Authentication, which apply to every user of the account. |
| GitHub Integration | The connection to your GitHub account, with a Remove button. |
| Danger Zone | Delete account. For the procedure, refer to Delete your account. |
Edit the account data
The General, Company Information, and Address Information sections carry the name, the company, and the address of the account.
To edit the account data in Azion Console:
Access Azion Console and, in the account menu, select Account Settings.
In General, Company Information, or Address Information, change the values you need.
Account Settings shows the new values.
Turn on sign-in options for every user
The Login Settings section sets how every user linked to the account signs in:
- Allow Social Login lets those users sign in with the credentials of a social network.
- Enforce Multi-Factor Authentication requires MFA at sign-in for all of them.
To turn on a sign-in option in Azion Console:
Access Azion Console and, in the account menu, select Account Settings.
In the Login Settings section, turn on Allow Social Login, Enforce Multi-Factor Authentication, or both.
The option applies to every user linked to the account. For what users see once MFA is enforced, refer to Enable multi-factor authentication.
